As we welcome November, I want to express my gratitude for the incredible support and collaboration within our school community. Autumn has been a season of learning, growth, and connection, and I’m proud of the achievements we’ve celebrated together.
Highlights from October:
- Student Success: Congratulations to all who participated in Flag Football, Cross Country and the Primary Fun Run. It was a great season!
- School Community : There has been some wonderful leadership opportunities and club activities started. Info on these events will continue to be sent in messenger.

- Remembrance Day- honour Canadian Veterans
- Bandhu Shree Guru Nanak Jayanti – November 15 (Sikh celebration of Guru Nanak’s birth)
- Louis Riel Day – November 16 (Honouring Métis leader and heritage)
- Hanukkah begins – November 29 (Jewish Festival of Lights)
Recognizing these important dates helps us celebrate the diversity within our school community and foster understanding and respect.
